We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in original condition
- Items must be unused and unassembled
- Original packaging must be intact and undamaged
- Proof of purchase is required
❌ Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of collectibles, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used figures
- Damaged or incomplete packaging (box is part of the collectible value)
- Sealed products that have been opened or tampered with
- Change of mind purchases
- Clearance or sale items (if stated)
Packaging Condition
For collectors, packaging is important.
Returns will be rejected if:
- The box is crushed, torn, or damaged
- Seals are broken
- Protective inserts are missing
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item, or
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos.
We will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a full refund
Return Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If an incorrect item was sent, we will cover return shipping costs
Shipping Disclaimer
- Minor box imperfections may occur due to shipping or manufacturer handling
- We are not responsible for minor cosmetic flaws on packaging unless significant
