By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure fair and transparent transactions for both buyers and our business.
Purchases
- All items are sold as described and shown in photos
- Buyers are responsible for reviewing all images and descriptions before purchasing
- Items are sold as collectibles, not toys, and should be handled accordingly
All sales are considered final unless the item is incorrect or significantly not as described
Product Condition
- Items are brand new unless otherwise stated
- Minor imperfections in packaging may occur due to manufacturing or shipping
- Packaging condition is part of the collectible value
We do not guarantee perfect box condition unless explicitly stated
Returns & Refunds
- No returns on:
- Opened or used items
- Items with damaged or altered packaging
- Change of mind purchases
- Returns are only accepted if:
- The item is incorrect, or
- The item is significantly not as described
Approved returns must be in original condition with all packaging intact
Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
If an incorrect item is sent, we will cover return shipping costs
Damage & Claims
- Claims for damaged or incorrect items must be made within 3 days of delivery
- Clear photos must be provided for assessment
Pricing
- Prices are based on current market value at the time of listing
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing without notice
Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Minor packaging imperfections
- Manufacturer defects
- Wear caused after delivery
