Terms & Conditions – Trading Card Buy / Sell / Trade

General

By purchasing, selling, or trading with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure fair and transparent transactions for all parties.

Purchases (Buying from Us)

  • All items are sold as described and shown in photos
  • Buyers are responsible for reviewing all images and descriptions before purchasing
  • We do not guarantee grading outcomes for raw cards
  • Minor imperfections may exist even in Near Mint cards

All sales are considered final unless the item is incorrect or significantly not as described

Returns & Refunds

  • No returns on sealed products or single raw cards
  • Graded cards may be returned for change of mind under the following conditions:
    • 20% handling fee applies, OR
    • 90% of purchase value issued as store credit
  • Returned items must be in original condition

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item sent was incorrect

Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise stated
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers
  • Risk passes to the buyer once the item is shipped (unless insured/tracked service is used)

If an incorrect item is sent, we will cover return shipping

Card Condition

  • All cards are graded based on our professional assessment
  • Condition is subjective and may vary between collectors
  • Photos form part of the description and are final reference

Sell / Trade Transactions

  • All sell and trade transactions are final once agreed and completed
  • Prices are based on agreed market value at the time of transaction
  • We are not responsible for price changes after completion

Trade-ins are offered at:
Up to 80% of agreed market value in store credit

Payments

  • Payments must be completed before dispatch
  • Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within a reasonable timeframe

Fraud & Abuse

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspicious orders
  • Refuse service
  • Deny returns where abuse or fraud is suspected

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Market value changes
  • Third-party grading outcomes
