Trading Card Return Policy
π Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Proof of purchase is required
β Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of trading cards, the following items are strictly not eligible for return or refund:

All sealed products (booster packs, boxes, bundles)
(We cannot verify if the returned item is the original sealed product once opened or tampered with) -
Single raw cards
(All cards are sold as described with photos provided)
β Returnable Items
Graded Cards (PSA / BGS / CGC)
Graded cards may be returned under the following conditions:

Change of mind returns are accepted, subject to either:
- A 20% handling fee deducted from the refund, or
- 90% of the purchase value issued as store credit
- Cards must be returned in the same condition as received, including original slab condition
Condition Disclaimer
All cards are listed with a condition (e.g., Near Mint). Minor imperfections may exist.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged item, or
- The wrong item
Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
We will:
- Offer a replacement (if available), or
- Provide a refund
Shipping
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
If an incorrect item was sent, we will cover all return shipping costs
Buy / Trade Transactions
For cards sold to us or traded:
- All transactions are final once completed
- Prices are based on agreed market value at the time of transaction
We offerΒ 80% of the agreed market price in store credit for trade-ins
- We are not responsible for market fluctuations after the transaction
